Dear Shareholder: You are cordially invited to attend our annual meeting on December 21, 2023 at 7:30 P.M. at Lake View Country Club. If you are unable to attend, please sign and return the proxy information sent earlier this month prior to the meeting. The LVDC financial statements for the 2023 fiscal year are also included in the shareholder mailing.
